Real Property Management, Inc. is a real estate management firm founded in Redding in 1981 by Maria Evinger. Nina Wagner became a partner in 1990 and later purchased the company in 1992. Melinda Brown became a partner in 1998 and purchased the company in 2001. The business was originally located in the Pine Street School. After outgrowing this location in 1989, the business was moved to 1138 Shasta Street where it remained for the next 12 years. Once again the business outgrew its location. In August 2001, Real Property Management, Inc. moved to its much larger and newly remodeled location at 5520 Mountain View Drive, Suite B in Redding.
